Redirection to atlasauth.b2clogin.com – Not Spam: As soon as you navigate to USVisaScheduling.com, you will be redirected to something that looks like “https://atlasauth.b2clogin.com/xxxxx…”. The redirection of the website to https://atlasauth.b2clogin.com/ is not spam. It is a new authentication system used by the US Department of State. The b2clogin.com is owned by Microsoft and nothing to worry.
Create Account, Login: If you do not have an account at USVisaScheduling.com, you will need to create a new account and use the username and password to log in to the system. Hi. I am not able to login to the new portal using my email. I don’t have username with the old portal and I use only the email to login to the old portal. But the email is not working in the new portal and I am not able to login using my email. I sent an email to the customer care and they have responded back to my email saying like I need to login to see their response. How can I login to see their response when actual issue itself is that I am not able to login. I sent them another email saying that I won’t be able to see their response since I have an issue with login itself. But again they responded back to my email saying that I need to login to portal to see their response. I thought of replying back like F**k yourself but did not do.

Sorry to hear, the whole migration thing is a mess. But, I guess we have to find way to work with it.

I am unable to login to USVisascheduling website due to security questions validation failing. Can anyone please guide me on how to reset security questions.
When I login, on the India visa scheduling page, its taking me to the profile page. It has only a submit button, clicking it returns me back to the profile page again. Cant do my appointment as the page does not come. !!Can any one suggest any help?

Did you create a new account in the new portal? Did you try in different browsers? Sometimes, it could be cache issue.
Last year I was scheduled visa appointment for 3 persons in one user id, attended the interview but rejected. This year scheduled for appointment for 1 person i.e. for primary. Now want to schedule for dependant seperately . Created new user I’d and when enter passport details & submit, error shows that profile is exist.
Please help me how to schedule visa appointment for dependant.

For non-immigrants, the code sequence you should follow is 21311
So 2 is for non-immigrant, 1 is for english, 3 is for more info about non-immigrant, 1 is regarding application and lastly 1 if you have filled DS-160. Then your call will be connected to the executive

If you are goind to the old portal, it will keep doing that. Can you check, if you are going to the new portal. Try to clear cookies and cache and try on the new USVisaScheduling website. If it repeats more, call the customer service.

While making a call, auto answer says to press this number & that number. While keep pressing the numbers as instructed, you don’t get connected to anyone & it says that you have not press any options. I really couldn’t understand the problem. Please sort out. It doesn’t say you in que or in waiting. What’s that?
The new website is COMPLETE GARBAGE. Hope the people that are responsible for it ROT in a garbage landfill.
