  1. HI, In 2011 I have got my visa stamped for the period 22-AUG-2011 to 03-SEP-2013. I stayed there only for 2 months (from JAN-16-2012 to MAR-14-2012) . Can I re-enter USA to stay for the remaining months that are unused on my VISA. Are there any options open for me ? Please let me know. Thank you

    • Kannan,
What visa type is it ? You need the visa to be valid in passport to re-enter. If the visa on passport has expired by 2013, then you cannot use it to enter. You need new stamping.
