Everyone, who travels to Australia, need to fill out a form called ‘incoming passenger card’. It has information regarding your stay, declaration of what you are bringing into Australia and if you are permanently migrating to Australia. Sample Australia Incoming Passenger Arrival Card in English – Front
In this front part of the incoming passenger card, you fill out basic information such name, passport number and address info. You need to use ‘X’ to select check boxes to declare items that you are brining in to Australia and sign below in the form. Also, you need to declare, if you have Tuberculosis as well.
Sample Australia Incoming Passenger Arrival Card in English – Back
On the backside of the incoming passenger arrival card, you need to fill out your contact info in Australia, nationality, the reason for your visit to Australia : if you are moving here for good, resident or visiting for temporary work/ tourism, conference, etc. It has a number that is used for tracking at the bottom.
