Randy Pausch Last Lecture: Achieving Your Childhood Dreams

This is my Favorite lecture ever given by anyone. It is a little old…but good advice lives for ever.  If you do not know about Dr. Randy Pausch,  he died of pancreatic cancer.  This lecture was given when he knew, he was going to die in 3 to 6 months. It is incredible how he narrates his path and tell us why we should do what we like and achieve our childhood dreams.  He was featured in many news channels, books, he has a wrote a book too. Check Wikipedia Article if you are interested about his life.

Most of us, get carried away often by things in life like “High paying Job, Money, Status, etc….But, take a step back and think … What were your childhood dreams ? Are you happy with what you are doing ? ” . Your perception of life may be influenced for better after watching this video, especially if you are trying to move up in your career or apply for schools for higher education.   It is very inspiring and EVERY college Student MUST watch this.  You should watch all the 1 hr 16 min. Find a good time and watch it completely.  Do NOT watch half and half…

The quote he says about his cancer, “We cannot change the cards we are dealt with, it is how we play the hand…”
