News: Visa fees for Non-immigrant visas like H1B, L1 to increase from June 4

Department of State released a press release today stating that non-immigrant visa application fees will be increased from June 4, 2010. They say that to cover the rising cost and the in-depth consideration nature of the visas.

Summary of Fee increase related to H1B , L1 and F1 :

  • B1, B2, F, M and J visa will be $140
  • H, L, O, P, Q and R category visa: $150

    • Check out VFS site to see the fees required during stamping. All the fees that are required post approval need to be paid during stamping process.
