| H4 EAD Applying experience: | Hello Team, I have applied for H4 EAD Extension my Wife in June 2024 as her EAD was expiring 01/01/2025. But at the time of extension her passport was valid till 01/2025 and I have renewed her passport and i-94 as per current Visa. The Case was in received state with USCIS for EAD Extension. My question is what will be USCIS will do after checking the application, will they request for new passport or will they reject the application. Do you recommend me to submit a new application with new passport and extended i-94? Could you please help me on directions for next steps |
