Case status shows USCIS received it on Dec 27 though UPS tracking shows delivered on Sep 27. Premium Processing kicked in on Feb 27, got an RFE on Mar 6. RFE response was sent on Mar 18th, no status update yet as of April 20. Online status still shows as RFE sent on Mar 6th. Attorney mentioned they faxed the supporting documents to USCIS. I insisted them to send a hard copy to USCIS. Which they overnighted on May 13 and attorney got an email on May 15 stating that my case was approved. |
