| Additional Info | H1B Extension Details: its my First Extension from current employer US Enter Date: 2/21/2015 I-94 Valid End date:1/22/2018 Service Center:Nebraska Processing Type:Regular USCIS Received Date:1/25/2018 Application Status: Received. I have asked my employer to upgrade my application to premium processing, but they are not making any decision and delaying. Can someone help me out with other options. As of now, I am thinking of below options, but not sure if I am making a correct step: 1) Search for another employer who can process both the ?H1 tran?sfer & e?xtension thr??ough prem??ium processing.?? ??In this case, since I have already 214 days completed out of 240 days, will there be a ri?sk again?? 2) Continue with the current employer and wait for few more days (expecting my current employer doesn't file premium processing) 3.What would be legal status as case is pending and nearing to 240 days (on Sep 19, 2018). 4.Can I stay in USA or do I need to leave immediately after Sep 19, 2018?
