| Additional Info | I am doing my second Masters so I am guessing that might be the reason. I will update with the reason once my Attorney actually receives the document. Update : I got the RFE and it states that Page 1 of the LCA was not submitted. But my lawyer confirmed she did submit it. Either ways she is resubmitting the document. Nothing else in the RFE related to CPT. I am a full time employee working as a Software Developer. Update : no questions asked about day1 CPT. I feel that’s usually the second priority. Only if they see something shady In your application will they ask about the CPT. As I am a full time hire and most of my application is clean, they did not ask about the CPT. Which proves it’s legal. As mentioned in their own website too. Where they say in certain cases like executive programs, day 1 CPT is allowed. |
