| Additional Info | My case 1) I am currently working at location A for the SAME Client. 2) My organization have filed a amendment petition for me moving to location B to work with the same client last year MAY 2016. 3)I have never moved to location B and was working from Location A for the client. 4)Amendment petition got approved now for me moving to location A to location B 5)Checked with my client after the approval amendment notice,MY client now does not want me to move to location B at all and want me to continue from location A 6) I have checked with my Company Immigration team about this and they said they will go ahead and withdraw Approved petition for location B. Questions: i) can we withdraw approved petition for location B? ii) will that effect me in future? iii)How long it takes to Withdraw the approved petition. iv) lets say if my current petition is till DEC 2017 for location A and i withdraw the amendment petition for location B which is also till DEC 2017.. and i dont get any reply from USCIS on withdrawing the petition till DEC 2017? will it impact my future extension,DO i have to wait to file my extension till the petition is withdraw or i can go ahead and file my extension without any issues ? |
