| Additional Info | Hi All, My Employer B applied for my h-1b transfer from company A to company B in June,2015. While in the process of submitting all the documents, I submitted my Resume to USCIS. In the resume I mentioned as total of 7 years of IT experience but I stated only 3.5 years of full time work experience in US and I forgotten to add 3.25 years of Masters graduate research assistant experience in US and 1 year of full time work experience from India. Also, There is a discrepancy in the job titles in my resume and in my H-1b copy. Last month (i.e, April,2016) I received RFE from USCIS asking me to provide the evaluation of my education and work experience. Can any one please help me out on this, is it going to affect anything on my case? Do I need to submit my updated resume to USCIS while responding to my RFE? Yours help will be greatly appreciated. |
