| H1B Visa Applying experience: | My attorney claims that the packet has been reached USCIS on 11th June. Did not provide the FEDEX details though requested. Now the packet has been returned. I suspect the packet was not sent on 11th but reached on 12th. Now the story I hear is the quota was almost full on 8th June it self. 80-90% of the petitions reached after 8th are being returned. Who is saying the truth? My attorney OR USCIS? |
