| Additional Info | I had filed my H1b through a consultancy from Phoenix in 2015, got through the lottery in April and got an RFE in the month of October, my consultancy replied to the RFE on 1st of December and last week the status in USIS got updated saying the H1B is denied. I am yet to get the denial notice from USIS. I was in India from the month of June 2015 to Jan 2016, and am back to Phoenix, Arizona on 4th of Jan 2016 on my dependent H4 visa. Could you please help advise what could be the next step. Can we again file the same H1 with Change of status option (H4 to H1B)? Is there still a chance for me to get the same H1B approved ?
