We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you.Presently I am working in India and having an L1-B from my present employer in India which is going to expire in Jan 2016. Will there be any impact for H1/L1B if I go for L1B extension in India and vice versa (parallel) FYI- H1B is sponsored by US future employer and L1B is present employer. Appreciate if someone could help me with this situation. |
