| Additional Info / Notes | Hi 1. After 3 years in USA, I came back to India during October 2016 for personal reason. I went for stamping interview during Nov 2016 and got Visa cancelled. 2.Then, during March 2018 I applied for B1(tourist) visa to clear my belongings in USA and VO rejected Visa. 3.During September 2018, my USA employer filed H1B and the petition has been approved for inhouse(services to be executed from employer USA office) project. Yesterday 12-Oct-2018 I went for stamping interview and after verifying my I797, end client letters etc. VO issued case 221g blue slip stating "Your Application is refused for Administration Processing.The application will be reconsidered when admin process is complete". After interview, VO returned my Passport, client letters, SOW AGREEMENT etc., 4.Today 12Oct I could see the status using my case number online and is showing Administration Processing. Appreciate any responses and advises Am 43 years old and came back to India for closing my divorce formalities. Appreciate any comments. |
