| Additional Info / Notes | Visa interview date - 13-08-2018; In my interview the Consular officer asked me my Resume and list of all my PhD publications to know more about my research work, and I didn't take my resume to the interview. So, the officer gave me a pink slip which consisted a list of all necessary documents to be submitted. The reason to know more about my work is that one of the applications of my work is in RADARS. The moment I said this the officer immediately went to her Chief and told about this and after some time she came back and asked my Resume and my publications to know more about my work, which I didn't take. The Consular officers become alert when they hear words like aircrafts, RADAR, nuclear etc. We need to be cautious here. Additional Documents Submission date: 14-08-2018; Change in the US visa status to Issued: 17-08-2018. Waiting to see for how many years did they give. |
