| Additional Info / Notes | I went for H1B visa interview at US consulate in Chennai, India on March 22, 2018. Visa Interviewer asked my information, petitioner information, salary and expected date to start. He did not ask for I-797 form. In the end he issued a blue color 221(g) form with case number and told me to wait for some days. I was continuously checking the status of my visa on CEAC site. I see a change on last case updated date on April 16 but no change in the status of my visa. On April 17, My visa status changed to issued and I received my passport with H1B visa on April 22. |
