| Additional Info / Notes | There wasn't a coloured slip as such, just a letter detailing the AP process. My case is one of the Technology Alert List. I applied for B1/B2 2 years ago and was also put on AP then, visa issued within 2 weeks, but given for a duration of less than a year. Purpose of the trip has been vacation both times. This time the visa officer was casual and said that it will be just like last time, that they have to do AP on my application. Update- Just got email from the DoS visa system that I need to send my passport in for visa issuance. CEAC still shows AP but looks like its just slow to update! |
