Background : PhD in Computer Science, I work at a security research company, I'm assuming it is issued under TAL. Visa Experience : Only 2 question asked was about PhD/current research. If I am married (which I'm not). Kept typing something and finally said we need more information. Documents kept: Only passport, full time employment letter, photocopy of I129 approved. Effort from the company : US senator's office had enquired DOS about my case on behalf of the company. I'm not sure if that helped. Conclusion : Its been an annoyingly long process. |
