| Additional Info / Notes | We went for the interview at USA Consulate Delhi. The interview went well and the Consular officer asked to submit the I129, I797, and US Employer Letter. I couldn't hear the conversation but when we were given the blue slip, I realized I had all the documents. The person who was managing the queue didn't allow us to go back to the consular and asked to send the documents through mail. Submitted all the documents on 02/08/2021. the status hasn't changed yet and remained in Refused status. 02/11/21 - We were asked to submit the passports. 02/22/21 - Passport submitted to VAC, Delhi. 02/23/21 - Online status changed from 'Refused' to 'Administrative Processing' 02/24/21 - Online status changed from 'Administrative Processing' to 'Issued'. |
