Additional Info / Notes | I have a minor misdemeanour conviction which did not constitute a crime of moral turpitude in the meaning of US immigration law. However, this led to my case going through administrative processing. After this processing - which was surprisingly short - I got my visa issued with the annotation "ESTA record reviewed" which apparently means, that the reason for the ESTA rejection (the conviction) has been reviewed. Yet, I don't know if this is good or bad, but I will let you know if I've encountered any problems during my travel. FINGERS CROSSED! So, sit tight guys for those waiting on their approval. |
