| Additional Info / Notes | She said they need to check if I was out of status while I was on OPT (in 2017) (also since my STEM OPT was expired - SEVP portal access was closed, I believe they cant see SEVIS information there and invest time in calculating days from OPT start date to first employment on SEVIS ( :-) ) and it may take 2 to 3 business days and she said she will keep the passport. Update: Status of Case Last Updated has changed from my Interview Date (12/09) to 12/13/2019. Fingers Crossed. |
