Is it best to stamp before or after change in employer?

Hello,

I have my current I797 of employer A till 2021, yet to be stamped. I’m planning to go to India in feb. But after coming back, i have a plan to change employer to employer B which again requires VIsa to be stamped.

Is it best way to get stamped after transfer to employer B(not sure how long will i get the validity since it depends on Client letter)? Or
Can I go now with existing I797 which has 3 years validity?

You don’t have to get stamped once the transfer is done when you are in the country (unless USCIS doesn’t give you I-94). You are required to get stamped only when you leave US and enter.
