Employer A is affiliated company of Employer B but both are operating in separate Tax ID. – HR and Legal team are same for both company and so they are not concerned about my change of position.
Employer A – Applied for H1 on April 1st 2018 under consular processing.
Moved from Employer A to Employer B Mid-April 2018.
Now received RFE and that is being worked for reply by the attorney and HR. Once approved how should the H1 from my previous employer changed to the current employer under cap exempt.
My concerns is after the H1 approval I wouldn’t have worked for employer A.
