I am briefing here the issue that I am facing. I am working in TechMahindra. As process of raising the request for H1B, my Reporting Manager updated my application wrongly. Instead of giving the client address ( Cisco, San jose, 95134 ) as work location he has mentioned TechMahindra, San jose, 95110 address as work location. My application got picked in the lottery and got an RFE. SOW has Cisco address and LCA has Techm address. But both the places are in Sanjose.While filling Specialty Occupation letter, … what should I fill as Work location?.Can I mention both the addresses?.In general, can any one work from employer location if the client is also from the same location by mentioning the work location as employer location?.Would you please suggest me the best way to handle this case to get the H1 approved.
