I was with employer A for 7 years on H1B and I had an approved I-140. Then I joined employer B in 2015 with a 3-year H1B extension using the I-140 from the employer A.
I have almost completed 3 years with the H1B. Unfortunately, my I-140 with employer B is still not processed.
Question is, can I apply for an additional 3 years H1B extension using the old I-140 (It is not revoked)
