  1. What are the documents to be carried next time?

Documents to prove that they have strong links in India and they will return back after the trip.

  1. How soon they can go for the interview next time? Is it good to appear in a month time?

Yes, they can.

  1. Do we need to carry any letter from school to prove that they study over there?

Yes, you can have them.

  1. Anything else to be prepared?

Your brother’s company details, tax details, and a good reason as to why he applied for a visa earlier, and why he didn’t travel.

  1. Where can i see the rejection reason?

Trip details, how long, it should not affect the children’s school, where they will stay and who is sponsoring the trip, bank statement to support the same etc.

  1. When i fill DS-160 next time, Do I need to tell that it was rejected already and What reason to put over there?

Yes, you need to state the truth.

  1. When i filled the DS-160 last time, i put that my sister-in-law is house wife, but she is kind of working in my brothers company and getting salary.

You should not lie on DS-160. Tax documents may prove that she is working.

Do i need to mention this next time? Will it be a problem? Will it help if they carry this document also next time?

State the truth always.

  1. They want to visit USA during the summer. Can they appear for the VISA interview by Jan 2018? Any pointers please …

Yes, they can.
