I have a valid H1B visa valid until sep 2020 for company A. I recently changed my job from Company A to Company B and H1B transfer is inprogress. But my wife’s petition got expired and she travelled back to india. My question is

Does she needs to wait until my H1B transfer gets approved?

My Baby is in india with my wife and my baby has E-visa only for 60 days and he needs to travel back after 60 days.
Can i explain this situation to USCIS and request them for premium processing?
Can i apply for visitor visa in this situation?
