I completed my MTech applied for the MS in US. I was refused to get visa.anything regarding the query?

Applied for Texas A&M kingsville, even i got admits in other decent universities . My intent is to complete the MS but under 214b i was refused. How can process it further?

You already have MTech ...so your reasoning for your plan to pursue another Masters degree might not have been strong enough. It might have looked that your using you MS as an excuse to immigrate to USA.

unfortunately I'm looking for MS. MTech is considerably low standard than MS and it is. So anyway what else can I do? Going for doctoral is no use with MTech.
Aren't there any situations like people with MTech going for MS?
