I am applying for H1B Visa, But In my Academic My Name is “Ritesh Kumar Diyawar”, but come to my Profession Document Like Experience Letter,Offer Letter, Bank Account, PF Account, Voter ID Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, License etc, My Name is “Ritesh Diyawar”, for this Name change , i have Affidavit and Advertisement Documents.
So, Is any Problem will face during the H1B Filing?
