Can I use Birth Certificate is issued from Indian Consulate for EAD application?

Please let me know can I use Birth Certificate is issued on the basis of entries in Indian passport?Currently my BC DOB and DOB in passport is different.Please suggest.

NO.

A valid birth certificate must be issued within the first 30 days of your birth from the local government authorities to your birth place. If you dont have such certificate, the alternative is NABC+affidavit combo.
