My wife was in US with H4 and we applied H1 for her and it got denied. No she is india. Im filling DS160 for her to get H4. What should I answer for question "Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with … ever filed an immigrantpetition on your behalf with the USCIS" ?
Answer is NO.
Immigrant petition would be I-140, which has never been filed for her.
