I got admission in NYFA los angeles. i planned to borrow money from american bank to complete the requirement. but unfortunately am stuck in a loop here. collg wont issue me i20 without in sufficient funds and no visa without i20 whereas bank wont grant me loan without visa. and i cant complete funds for i20 without loan. Any fixation???
American bank ? You mean to ask you applied for loan in USA ? Are you base out of US ?
