L1B to H1B change of status questions

Hi Sourab,

 My change of status from L1B to H1B approved  and H1B maxout in Dec 2014 and my PERM Labor applied in Mar 2013 and still pending with Company A.

My questions are…

  1. I want to transfer H1B to different Company B. Is there anything like I need to stay in the company A for sometime after my H1 got approved?

  2. If I transfer my H1B to Company B, Is the company B need to file my Perm immediately?

If you want to stay in US perm should be applied immideatly. you cannot use A perm. and if the perm is applies it must be approved or pending for atleast 365 days for h1 extension by 1 yr
