H1B Transfer in Premium status changed from Acceptance to Initial Review

On March 14, 2013, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. A notice was sent on this date explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action required by you. Your premium processing receipt notice contains contact information for direct inquiries on your case.

What does it mean? Is anyone has some clue?

This is the new message USCIS is posting on the website. If the clock is stopped and the status shows as initial review then most probably it is RFE, if the clock is stopped and the status is decision then most probably it is approved which gets updated on their website within 3-4 hours. Wait till end of day today, if the status does not change then get in touch with the attorney, they will get an email(in case of premium processing) or postal mail within couple of days time. Best of luck !

Thank you… Now the status got changed to decision and it is approved…

Hi Naiduts,

Many congratulations to you.

Could you throw some light here?
To my surprise well for you date show march 2013, well this yr. quota starts from April.
Anyways Mine is exactly the same case as yours , from acceptance it changed to initial review just 1 hr Back. Just want to confirm did your application also followed the same nomenclature Acceptance–>Initial review --> Post some time --> Decision–> Approval?

If yes, how much time it took to reflect to decision?

Thanks
