my application got picked up in lottery.

I am working in ABC and XYZ company applied for H1B and got picked up in lottery also. my question is will it create any issues and any problems to getting approval for I-129 form. i am getting tension about RFE process if they gave to me. how i will handle. now a days they are giving more RFE.

Hi Ajithadoop,
Congrats for your H1-B application got picked. At this point i didn’t see any issues with your situation and there is no problem in applying with your future company. There is no need to panic and wait for the response from USCIS. If your future employer is genuine and provided all the information that requires to satisfy the H1-B position they are trying to offer, then you should be good.

Also sometimes it depends on the consular officer and he/she might ask additional information to clarify the information. But it doesn’t mean that USCIS intended to deny your application. Also based on new H1-B rules USCIS might check indepth about your education qualifications especially your degree is related to Computers or not. In Such scenario’s, if they didn’t satisfy with your degree then there is a chacne of RFE.

I would suggest no panic at this point and wait for the outcome and work with your future employer accordingly (RFE’s will be taken care by your company & their attorney, you don’t have to reply from your end).

Thank you for your comment !!
My future company having 14 office in USA . They have applied H1B free of cost. Regarding my qualifications is BCA and MCA. So education back ground will not create any problems I believe. Any idea how long it will take to get approved I 129 form?
Thanks again for replying !!

Good to heard that it’s a big company and guess they are going to extend their full support to tackle if you receive any RFE (Hope no RFE). Regarding the H1-B processing timeliness, it’s truly based on the Service Center your employer filed your H1-B (Vermont or California or Nebraska etc.) and you can track the information using https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Anyway Keep your fingers crossed and All the best.
