Hi,
I got a h1b approval for my cap exempt premium processed case but they validity was given for 7 months.
My employer had shown details that the project had work for me till 2020.
Any idea why would USCIS just given approval for 7 months.
Is that done by them to later on give denials when petition is sent for extension after 7 months.
The next interview date is after 1.5 months leaving just 5 months of validity.
Should i go for stamping first and then go for extension once in the US ?
Will visa office create issues while stamping as the validity is only for 5 months on the date of the interview ?
Is this the current trend with H1B approvals regards validity?
Any users facing similar issues, kindly provide your views ?
Any guidance would be helpful.
Thanks,
Sumit
