I am on H4 EAD, H4 and EAD both expires in May 2018. My child's H4 expires in May also, but my spouse's H1 expires in september 2018. Now, My EAD is on my spouse's previous employer and we did not make any changes to H4 after the employer changed.
should I apply for extension for the gap period from May to september and re-apply after H1 gets renewed or first apply for h1 renew and extend H4 after that?
I am working and i think i wont be able to work on H4 extension receipt.
