Hi,

i have a question , If am working for an MNC as a permanent employee and has been deployed to a client location , there is an opening for permanent role in the client company for the same role i am working.

(considering client company agree to take me as their employee ).

Can my MNC Company consider my shift to the Client Company or will there be any general rules or contracts between them , If there is , then how to approach the problem if i want to shift as a permanent employee in client company ?

Generally, the client and contractor companies have an agreement between. This discourages the employee to jump ship from contractor to client and, sometimes, has a embargo period during which the employee cannot join the client even after leaving his / her position with the contractor. Please refer to your contract / offer letter. It should have the details of any such agreement.
