How much salary will i get in India

Question

Hi I am on H1 visa working in Los Angelese, California. Getting 4k dollars net per month. My company had told me it will be 75k dollaras per annum and after tax and medical insurance this the net amount(4k per month) i am getting. Is the current salary that i am getting good enough for my experience. Cost of living here is too high.  I have 9 yrs of experience in dot net technologies. If I go back to India what ie teh salary I can expect?

You can get better. As you are on H-1, you can go for H-1 transfer as well.

Generally in India the salary will be  number of years experience * (1.5  or 2)
