L1B extension and new H1B application in the same time

Hi,

My L1B with an company A is expiring on June 2012(the same date in I94). My company A asked to start filing for L1B extension, since it will take around 6months.

I am planning for H1B in april 2013 with another company.

So, my questions are,

a) whether L1B extension and H1 request can be raised at the same time.

b) if my L1B extension is denied and I go back to India, still the H1B process will be valid? and i can get stamping in India ?

you can raise the request at the same time.

even though your L1B extension denied, you can process H1B and can go for stamping once the pretition is approve.
