I am having difficulties reaching the application confirmation page on DS160 following submission yesterday I keep getting “application error message” then it sends me back to application retrieval page and whenever I enter the details it indicates that application submitted and gives me option to print confirmation but when I choose the option I get the same application error. I am worried as I have booked an appointment already, can’t print confirmation and don’t want to create a new application as I will lose money as it’s linked to specific app code. Any suggestions
