My status has not been changed from last 13 months. Some other candidates from the same employer attended visa interview in 2015 and they received 221g at that time. Employer has not responded to those 221g queries for those candidates.
My questions are,
1.Why USCIS is not taking a decision on my petition even after 13 months?
2.Will there be any impact of my colleagues 221g issue on my petition approval delay?
3.My employer was saying, its USCIS who is delaying and he cant do anyting. In this case, shall I go for PP? or Shall I leave it as it is in normal processing?
4.USCIS has crossed normal processing time frame (>13months). So, Can I raise this anywhere to push USCIS?
