RFE - H1B Cap exempt

Hi,

I have submitted RFE for my H1B-Cap exempt petition on May4th, 2016. Status is still showing ‘RFE docs were received’. How long should I wait before raising a query ?

My Case History:

Filed on September 28, 2015. Received RFE on March 12, 2016. Submittted RFE on May 4th, 2016.

Any one on the same boat? Please advice.

There is no SLA and it could still take weeks or days. Only way to time-box this is to upgrade to PP and get the result within 15 calendar days.
