I got H1B stamping in India (Chennai) and my visa expired 30th June 2015 in passport.
I changed employer and I have valid I797 till 2018.
I’m planning to travel in June 2016. What should I answer for
If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months?
YES or NO - Since i’m travelling in June 2016.

This is related to dropbox eligibility, correct? If you are ready to drop-off the documents before Jun 30, 2016, then the answer is Yes. However, if you cannot drop the documents by that date, then the answer is No and you will have to appear for in-person interview.

In Forums it says its OK, but in the consulate website says employer change does not qualify for drop box. Please let me know, if you have some information.
It is ok. The consulate website is not up to date. If you go to us travel docs site and look at dropbox criteria, you will see change of employer is not mentioned at all.
