L1A visa- is it billable?

I work for a consulting company as a Project Manager in India. My company is planning to apply L1A visa for me. When I travel to the USA, I will be working for a Client at the Client location. I want to know if my company can bill Clients for my services when I am on L1A visa.

As long as your company has a US presence, they have authority to bill clients for your services. Your employer is the parent company, what they do, or how they pay you money is their business model is not subject to scrutiny as long as your pay check is defined and consistent and a tax component is paid to the US government.

Best wishes
