I would highly appreciate if you could help me out in this situation.
I was with company A and switched to B ( h1b transfer done in 2 weeks).
since company B is horribly bad in its policies can employer C file for H1b transfer based on A’s petition? ( considering that its been more than 2-3 weeks i left A and they might have applied for cancellation)
is it advisable? what can be the worst case ? ( 1. would the transfer simply get rejected from A-C while I continue with B, .2 : or my existing emplyment with B would be at stake if it runs into issues? )
I really dont know if its a repitative question, i apologize. but really need your help.
(the reason why C is not filing based on B’s petition is , i just have 1 month paystub by B)
