I am planning to come to USA on H1B visa next year.

My son who is  completing his B.Tech in 2013 April.Can he come  to USA on H4 visa as a dependent if I have  H1B visa. His age is 22 years now.Please kindly let me know.I am planing to come to USA in 2013 on H1B visa.

dependants are allowed uptill 21 year of age.

try geting fresh H1B sponcer for your son once he complete his B.Tech
