B1 rejected with 221B , now applying for H4

Hi,

My B1 visa stamping was rejected in 2010 for 221B ! Didnt apply again.

I am getting married in Jan 2013 and aplying for H4 visa.

Will there be any issue because of my B1 rejection history?

B1 rejection will not have any impact on your H4 as this is dependant visa.

go ahead for h4 stamping with all required docs, marriage albums, certificate, husband pay stub(if he is already in US) etc
