L2 EAD to H1B - COS abandoned - Can we re-apply COS only ?

Hi Sourabh,

I’m on L2-EAD now and my H1B approved with COS abandoned (I travelled to India before H1B approval).

Query:

  1. Can we re-apply COS only to change from L2 to H1B ?

  2. If the above is not possible, Can I go for VISA stamping in Canada/Mexico instead of INDIA.

  3. If I have to go to India, Can travel back on L2 (Valid until Mar 2013) incase of H1B is denied ?
